Stampli is transforming how companies manage their accounts payable processes through AI-powered automation combined with human collaboration. The company is scaling and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People team, focused on supporting go-to-market (GTM) functions.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Stampli's GTM leadership, building recruiting strategies that attract top performers across Sales and Customer Success functions. You will own the candidate journey from sourcing through offer, strengthen the company's employer brand in the market, and ensure continued hiring of exceptional talent who embody Stampli's culture of collaboration, curiosity, and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing recruiting strategies for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, and related functions)
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Partnering with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions
- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
- Enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand
- Contributing to People team initiatives and culture-building efforts
