Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst to join the Product Sourcing Engineering (PSE) team in Costa Mesa, CA. This role serves as the analytical engine driving transparency, velocity, and risk mitigation across the company's end-to-end hardware supply chain for defense technology systems.
You will partner directly with Sourcing Engineers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Supply & Demand Planners, and Production Leads to translate complex procurement, supplier, and inventory data into actionable intelligence. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hardware prototyping and manufacturing environment and wants to build operational visibility that safeguards critical path delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design, build, and maintain production dashboards and automated reporting to track mission-critical supply chain metrics including On-Time Delivery, supplier quality/yield, Purchase Price Variance, lead times, critical path shortages, and inventory health.
• Perform root-cause analysis on delivery bottlenecks, supplier capacity constraints, and cost drivers to proactively mitigate risks before they impact hardware build schedules. Utilize exception and action reporting to resolve blockers and eliminate supply chain constraints.
• Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Program Managers during New Product Introduction (NPI) to track Bill of Materials (BOM) maturity, tooling readiness, and long-lead component procurement.
• Synthesize complex data sets across multiple systems into concise, high-impact briefings and executive summaries for operational leadership.
• Assist in formalizing analytical procedures, establishing standardized reporting protocols, and automating recurring manual workflows across the supply chain organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis with heavy focus on reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data modeling, macros, Power Query, pivot tables, dynamic reporting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (slide design for communicating data-driven insights and operational risks).
• Hands-on experience building actionable dashboards in modern BI platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of core supply chain and manufacturing principles including ERP/MRP logic, BOM structures, lead-time variances, and inventory turns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (building pipelines, ontology integration, or front-end Workshop/Contour dashboards).
• Direct experience extracting, querying, and analyzing data from Oracle ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in high-mix, low-mid volume environments or rapid-prototyping aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Work with AI tools and generative models to accelerate development and automation of internal reporting dashboards and data pipelines.
• Prior exposure to hardware/software product operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), or defense/military hardware lifecycles.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-tempo, sprint-based engineering culture with flexibility to adapt to shifting operational priorities and critical production pushes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
