Precision AQ Consulting is an award-winning global healthcare market access consultancy specializing in product value positioning, access improvement, and launch pricing and contracting. The company is expanding its India Strategic Consulting hub, which collaborates seamlessly with global teams across the US, UK, and EU to deliver high-impact engagements for top global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In this role, you will serve as a content expert on assigned projects, actively contributing to the development and delivery of all client outputs. You will apply analytical skills to derive meaningful insights and solve complex client problems while collaborating with senior consultants and global teams. Key responsibilities include: - Independently procure information through secondary research using internal databases, published literature, payer/HTA websites, and industry sources - Develop well-structured materials (discussion guides, screeners, stimuli) to support primary research with global stakeholders including payers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and patient groups - Participate in and, when fully capable, independently conduct primary research interviews with global healthcare stakeholders to capture insights on pricing, access, and reimbursement topics - Leverage internal and external sources to conduct desk-based research addressing key client questions - Prepare "client-ready" presentations with clear analytical structure, strong storyline, and actionable insights - Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations on launch pricing, market access strategy, and value communication The role offers fully flexible work arrangements (office, home, or hybrid) and is based in the India Strategic Consulting hub. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or MBA from a reputed institution - 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, pharma market access, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research), competitive intelligence, or healthcare and life sciences research
