Salary: PLN 16,100 - 20,000 / monthly
Revolut is a global fintech super app serving 80+ million customers with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Credit team and help solve complex operational challenges at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's rapid growth
- Lead and execute core infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Identify and prioritize high-impact projects, setting timelines to achieve goals quickly
- Launch credit products in new territories
- Execute projects to improve monetization and retention of existing credit products
- Identify new features to enhance customer experience
- Work at the operational level, supporting credit teams in delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R; comfort working with data
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable components
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
