As a Strategic Finance Lead, you will tackle the most important problems and opportunities across the business, bringing analytical, operational, and strategic lenses to drive toward the best possible outcome. Every day will look different—helping the partnership team set smarter quotas, optimizing D2C channel mix, driving retention uplift through better provider-patient matching, and finding collection optimization opportunities. You will be trusted to lead critical cross-functional initiatives and solve problems you've never faced before.
You will report into the CFO or Senior Strategic Finance Lead and work closely with founders and VPs across every team in the organization.
Key responsibilities include: serving as a high-impact business partner on key strategic projects across the organization, driving smarter investment decisions, optimizing cost, improving unit economics, and accelerating growth; leading planning efforts and supporting business partners in setting goals and outlining the path to get there; analyzing messy, ambiguous data to surface non-obvious trends and insights that inform critical business decisions; supporting high-importance ad hoc work including board meetings, capital raises, and M&A; navigating problems you've never encountered before and working from first principles to figure out the right approach; communicating findings and recommendations in a clear, structured way to leadership and cross-functional partners; and proactively identifying operating gaps and leading end-to-end efforts to close them.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Nourish's Gramercy office in NYC with expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Extreme ownership mentality—you don't wait for someone to assign you a task; you chase down a problem until it's solved
- First principles thinking—you don't need to be an expert in something to ask great questions and get to the heart of what matters
- Attention to detail; understanding that the difference between good and great is in the details
- Hunger to improve, coachability, and willingness to put in the work and take tough feedback to get there
