As a Staff Software Engineer on the Platform Team, you will play a lead role in shipping high-impact features and building scalable systems. You'll own the delivery of technical solutions from design through production, driving innovation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect, design, and ship new features with a focus on speed, quality, and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs and product ideas into robust technical solutions
- Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and scoping to development, release, and ongoing optimization
- Work with technologies such as React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Champion automation and process improvements that accelerate feature delivery and maintain technical excellence
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards are met as features move from prototype to release
- Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment that values rapid delivery
