Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 / annual

The Business Systems team builds and improves systems that enable Anduril's mission across supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, engineering, modeling & simulation, field maintenance, manufacturing, and other critical functions. You will join this team as a Salesforce Software Developer, building a robust suite of products and functionality to support Growth, Business Development, Legal, Investor Relations, Deployment Operations, and other teams who rely on Salesforce as their operational hub.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Salesforce Product Manager to align the platform with business objectives, maximizing capabilities and architecting scalable solutions
- Design and customize Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, adhering to industry best practices
- Support CRM Analytics (CRMA) and configure new analytics dashboards; manage and create data recipes
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture, configurations, and customizations
- Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Process Builder, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Email and Slack alerts
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO
- Partner with internal integration teams when Salesforce needs to consume or push data to other internal platforms (e.g., ERP)
- Migrate changes from development/testing environments to production and conduct required smoke testing
- Provide end-user support, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and user adoption
- Adhere to coding standards, maintain code documentation, and develop well-structured, maintainable, scalable code
- Determine when Apex code is needed, always seeking low-code/no-code options when realistic
- Perform data updates and migration using Data Loader
- Interface with Salesforce data backup and recovery tools
- Stay current with new Salesforce technologies, platform enhancements, releases, and industry trends; implement best practices and engage in regular release readiness activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud; Government Cloud experience preferred
- Experience with CRMA tools and methodologies (CRM Analytics, formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics)
- Hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations: Apex, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Process Builder, Formulas, Flow, Approval Processes, Validation and Assignment Rules
- Development experience in UI technologies: Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO
- Experience with Standard/Custom Object creation and relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Thorough understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment and tools such as GitHub Actions
- Proven ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC and all upstream and downstream applications, flows, and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong preference for Salesforce developer certifications: Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer II a plus
- Aerospace and Defense industry experience a major plus
- Bonus points for NetSuite integrations experience and solution architect experience
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
