As Staff Product Designer, you will lead complex product initiatives across the full lifecycle—from discovery and problem definition through launch and iteration. You'll shape product strategy by partnering with Product and Engineering to identify high-impact opportunities grounded in customer needs and business goals. You'll own end-to-end design processes, translating complex financial workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences. Your work will span discovery research, concept exploration, interaction design, prototyping, and close collaboration with engineering during implementation.
You'll drive cross-functional collaboration as an equal partner with Product and Engineering, facilitating problem-solving, navigating competing priorities, and communicating design decisions to build alignment across stakeholders. You'll elevate design quality organization-wide by setting high standards for UX craft, mentoring other designers, contributing to design system evolution, and fostering a culture of thoughtful critique and continuous learning. You'll also explore how emerging AI tools and workflows can accelerate design velocity without compromising quality, helping shape how Design collaborates with Product and Engineering as the industry transforms.
Success in your first 12 months means leading meaningful initiatives with measurable customer and business impact, building trusted cross-functional partnerships, delivering innovative solutions to complex problems, helping the team move faster through clear design rationale, elevating team quality through mentorship, and evolving how Imprint designs and builds products.
