Join ServiceNow's AI Search UX team as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, driving quality and development excellence across the entire software development lifecycle. You will build high-quality product features while ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance in a cloud-based environment.
The AI Search UX team is responsible for cognitive, actionable search functionality and machine learning-based relevancy that powers ServiceNow's platform for Fortune 500 companies. You will play a major role in building AI and ML solutions that transform user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services. The team is taking a fresh approach to make AI/ML solutions accessible to any user, regardless of technical knowledge, enabling them to operate enterprise services thoughtfully and at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building best-in-class cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services
- Collaborating daily with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce quality software
- Working with product owners to understand requirements and owning code from design through implementation, testing, and delivery
- Driving quality across design, coding, test automation, and deployment phases
You will work with early-adopter customers and help scale solutions to ServiceNow's 5,000+ enterprise customers worldwide.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Java or Python, OOP, Design Patterns, and time/space-efficient algorithms
- Experience building new products that leverage challenging high-performance algorithms
- Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and quality software
- Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms
- Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning
