We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to bridge our traditional on-premises infrastructure and expanding multi-cloud footprint across AWS, GCP, and OCI. The role emphasizes learning trajectory and systems fundamentals over day-one mastery of all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Orchestration: Manage, scale, and maintain on-premises infrastructure while expanding and supporting environments across AWS, GCP, and OCI.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design, implement, and audit secure authentication and authorization workflows (OIDC, SAML, Cloud IAM, Least Privilege policies) across hybrid environments.
- CI/CD Pipeline Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, repeatable, and rapid code deployments.
- Observability & Debugging: Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; track down root causes in complex, distributed systems.
- SecOps Integration: Embed security best practices directly into the infrastructure lifecycle (vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance-as-code).

Requirements:
- 8+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering roles
- Solid hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu
- Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing)
- Foundational or deep experience in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or OCI)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (managed or bare-metal)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), and Secrets Management (HashiCorp Vault)
- Rapid adaptation ability and first-principles thinking
- Automation-first mindset
