Glacier is a Series A startup based in San Francisco building custom sorting robots and AI-powered business analytics to transform recycling operations. The company's technology has been recognized by TIME as one of the best inventions of 2025 and featured in major media outlets. You will join a 3-person LATAM-based Fleet Software Engineering team responsible for keeping Glacier's deployed robots and edge devices operational at scale.
In this role, you will be the primary software responder to system alerts and customer-reported issues, conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions to the field service team. You will monitor and tune the performance of deployed devices to maximize operational impact, support the deployment of new devices to the growing fleet, and build internal tooling to enable the field service team to handle more issues independently and respond faster to problems.
You will work closely with US-based robotics and operations teams, collaborating across product, engineering, field operations, and customer success to solve complex fleet reliability challenges. This is a high-impact role in a mission-driven company focused on sustainability and reducing waste in the recycling industry.
