RentSpree is a 10-year-old proptech infrastructure company serving the rental market. With 5 million users and 300+ real estate company and MLS partnerships, RentSpree powers the full rental journey from applications and screening to payments and lease management. The company has been recognized by Forbes as a Best Startup Employer and by BuiltIn Seattle as a Best Place to Work. As Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own RentSpree's most important partner relationships—the MLSs, brokerages, and proptech platforms with the greatest growth potential. Your success is measured by three metrics: how deeply RentSpree penetrates each partner's agent base, how many agents activate on the platform, and the revenue generated. You will leverage AI to accelerate progress on all three dimensions and will raise the bar for the entire partnerships team by building plays, tools, and coaching that help every teammate hit their targets. Key responsibilities include: **Partner Penetration, Activation, and Revenue:** Own penetration, activation, and revenue targets for a portfolio of top-tier partners. Build a Battle Plan for each partner identifying where penetration is low, what's slowing activation, and which plays will close the gap. Launch campaigns with partner leadership to move agents from signup to their first transaction quickly. Track metrics weekly and adjust before month-end. Identify and remove barriers to agent adoption, whether training, integration, or internal awareness. **Top-Tier Partner Management:** Serve as the senior relationship owner for critical partners. Lead executive business reviews built around next quarter's growth plan and mutual commitments. Secure partner buy-in for campaigns, integrations, and co-marketing programs. Manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Use your knowledge of the real estate and MLS landscape to anticipate challenges and spot opportunities early. **Using AI to Move Faster:** Use AI daily to prepare for partner meetings, build account plans, analyze performance, and draft communications, freeing more time for direct partner engagement. Build AI workflows to identify penetration and activation gaps across your book faster than manual analysis. Turn successful approaches into shared prompts, templates, and tools for the partnerships team. Test new AI tools and methods, measure their impact, and share learnings. **Raising the Team Bar:** Set the standard for account plans, business reviews, and partner strategy across the partnerships team. Mentor and coach teammates on growth planning, executive conversations, and negotiation. Build and document playbooks for penetration, activation, and revenue growth that work across partner types. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales on go-to-market plans for new products and features. Bring partner insights back to Product and leadership to inform roadmap and strategy. The role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with 2 in-office collaboration days per week plus partner and conference travel. Paid relocation is available. **Requirements:** - 7+ years in partnership management, account management, or business development in a B2B2C tech environment, ideally in proptech, real estate tech, or with MLS organizations - Track record of growing penetration, activation, and revenue across large, complex partner accounts, with quantifiable results - Experience building executive relationships and influencing decision makers who do not report to you - Strong negotiation skills, including multi-party agreements and joint marketing programs - Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to speed up work
