As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will develop high-quality, innovative software in compliance with coding standards while partnering with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems that are critical to the company's operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing, developing, and deploying robust applications using the .NET framework and React
• Debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
• Building and maintaining scalable systems with clean, standards-compliant code
• Participating in code reviews and testing processes
• Evaluating code for validity, proper structure, and alignment with industry standards
• Contributing to improvements in organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Staying current with technologies and programming practices through continuing education and professional development
• Providing technical guidance and influencing others within the engineering team through clear communication of facts, policies, and practices
You will work on systems critical to the company's current and future operations, with a high attention to detail and focus on delivering timely, high-quality results.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Advanced .NET development: proficient in designing, developing, and deploying applications using the .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise with demonstrated knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture principles
• Advanced relational database management: hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and schema design
• ReactJS and JavaScript proficiency with understanding of build tools (Webpack, Babel)
• Git version control expertise: branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative workflows
• Proven ability to debug production issues and build scalable systems
• Unit testing and code validation experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps and continuous integration/deployment
• AWS cloud infrastructure familiarity is advantageous
