Salary: USD 143,200 - 243,400 / annual

The company's Access Graph platform provides deep visibility and control over human, non-human, and agentic identities across SaaS, cloud, on-premises, and custom applications, managing over 30 billion access permissions for global enterprises.
You will join the Agent Identity Security team as a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining next-generation identity and access management (IGA) for AI agents and copilots. As AI agents rapidly expand across enterprise systems, this team is defining industry standards for agent discovery, action tracking, access management, and runtime authorization.
Your core responsibilities:
- Architect and build a comprehensive identity security solution for AI agents, managing diverse agent landscapes deployed across different applications and systems
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering teams, and security experts to translate complex security challenges into robust, scalable, production-grade features
- Own the entire feature lifecycle from concept and design through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Leverage AI techniques and tools to advance and strengthen the Agent Security product
- Contribute to defining next-generation standards as the AI agent ecosystem evolves
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of identity security and AI, combining the product velocity and mission focus of a security innovator with the scale and resources of an enterprise platform company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven backend software development experience, with focus on APIs, Microservices Architecture, or related areas
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang, Java)
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Microservices Architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and familiarity with IAM services and features
- Deep understanding of distributed systems (designing, developing, debugging, monitoring)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of product feature ownership from ideation to deployment
