As Senior Product Designer, you will own core product experiences end-to-end, from problem framing through shipped product. You'll join a small design team working daily with product managers and engineers to design workflows that social media managers and community teams use every day: creator discovery, campaigns, the social inbox, analytics, and AI agents that help teams act on insights.
This is a high-autonomy role requiring you to move fast, make decisions, and help define how people and AI collaborate inside the product. You will design clear workflows for data-heavy surfaces including dashboards, filters, lists, profiles, and settings. You'll pioneer new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, including agent setup, review, and hand-off. You'll talk directly with social media managers and community teams to ground design decisions in real workflows. You'll contribute to and help scale the design system, from Figma components to the coded UI library. You'll prototype quickly—including in code or with AI tools—to test ideas before committing. You'll partner closely with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work every week.
The Palo Alto office offers a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office plus 3 remote flex days per quarter (after the first 3 months), free lunch on University Ave., $1,000/month housing stipend for living near the office, and fully paid commuter benefits (train stipend or parking reimbursement). REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of product design experience building modern B2B or SaaS products
- Shipped work you can walk through end-to-end, including trade-offs and what you'd change
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics, or workflow tools
- Strong interaction and visual craft with real attention to detail
- Interest in AI-native products and human-AI interaction patterns
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and making decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication with PMs, engineers, and customers
BONUS:
- Experience in social media management, community, creator, or influencer marketing tools
- Background in e-commerce or conversion-focused products
- Prior startup experience, especially in AI or social tech
- Comfort prototyping in code or with AI design tools
