Neko Health is redefining preventative care through data-driven, non-invasive clinical visits that deliver personalized health insights before symptoms appear. The company is post-Series C and expanding across multiple markets and clinic types.
You will serve as Senior Medical Recruiter, owning end-to-end recruitment for clinical and medical leadership roles across multiple markets. This is a high-impact, autonomous role reporting to the CMO and Medical leadership team. You will run several markets simultaneously, handling complex senior searches for physicians, clinical leads, specialists, and functional medical positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own recruitment pipeline from sourcing through offer for strategic medical leadership and clinical roles across multiple geographies
- Partner directly with CMO and Medical leadership to align hiring plans, advise on organizational needs, and prioritize hiring
- Source proactively using talent mapping, passive outreach, and referral networks across health systems, health tech, and mission-driven organizations
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, reflecting Neko's brand quality and integrity
- Track pipeline performance using data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Navigate country-specific licensing, registration, right-to-work, and compensation norms in collaboration with People, Legal, and Rewards teams
- Lead calibration at intake and debrief using defined skills and Neko's Hiring Framework rubrics
- Represent Neko to senior candidates and in professional networks, conferences, and events
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including significant time hiring healthcare professionals and leaders in multiple markets or complex, high-growth environments
- Proven track record closing senior and hard-to-fill clinical or medical searches, with quantifiable results from top-performing organizations, scale-ups, or mission-driven employers
- Strong sourcing capability with creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent
- Highly autonomous and comfortable in fast-moving, high-context environments
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions with data
- Understanding of international healthcare licensing and hiring regulations, or ability to get up to speed quickly
- Strong judgment on trade-offs between speed, process consistency, and quality against defined performance indicators
- Fluent use of AI tools in sourcing, outreach, analysis, and workflow; ability to teach others
