Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 / annual

Tempus is a precision medicine platform that uses AI to deliver real-time, actionable clinical insights to physicians. The company connects real-world evidence across an ecosystem to support better treatment decisions. In this role, you will lead the technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, with a focus on Epic Aura. You'll work across ordering, results delivery, and data sharing workflows to connect hospital systems with Tempus' platform. Key responsibilities include: - Lead technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, particularly through Aura - Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and clinical end users to define requirements and provide implementation support - Manage end-to-end testing cycles (unit, regression, integrated testing) to validate system changes - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for clinical application functionality, providing training and guidance to end users and junior analysts - Support go-live initiatives and provide tiered production support for application-specific issues - Document workflows, specifications, and best practices to enable repeatable deployments You'll work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, requiring strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of healthcare IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on build experience in Epic modules - Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or related module - Proven track record supporting clinical or lab ordering and results interfaces - Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment NICE TO HAVE: - Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools - Direct experience with Epic Aura deployments and workflows - Experience with hereditary, oncology, lab workflows, or clinical decision support integrations
