Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications rapidly. The company has secured over $100M in TCV within 12 months and raised a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV. You will join Unframe's Security and IT team in a hands-on DevSecOps role, owning security vulnerabilities, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and deployment processes. The platform ships into customer on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Key responsibilities: - Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines that deploy Blueprint-based solutions across on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid customer environments - Build, maintain, and harden infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for customer environment provisioning, managing access, configuration, patching, and costs - Own monitoring, on-call, and incident response for production deployments running inside customer networks, driving issues to root cause - Streamline deployment processes while maintaining security and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act) - Manage vulnerabilities end-to-end: triage scanning findings, prioritize by risk, and drive remediation with engineering and IT teams - Collaborate directly with backend engineers on release processes and environment provisioning as new deployment targets are added - Apply AI/LLM-based tools to automate routine ops tasks, accelerate troubleshooting, and reduce infrastructure toil Requirements: - 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience - Production experience with container orchestration - Proficiency writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar) and building CI/CD pipelines - Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Track record supporting production systems that external customers depend on (not just internal tooling) - Experience with vulnerability management and cloud security hardening using tools such as Wiz, Orca, Google CNAPP, or similar - Comfortable reading and writing English daily
