As Senior Analyst, Actuarial, you will support actuarial functions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with particular focus on evaluating new business opportunities. You will execute work assignments using actuarial and statistical methods, including pricing analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment for new contracts and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting actuarial underwriting and pricing for new business opportunities
- Conducting financial and actuarial analysis using statistical methods
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on business evaluations
- Developing models and analyses to support decision-making
- Contributing to actuarial studies and ongoing professional development
The role includes access to an actuarial study program designed to support you through your actuarial exams. You will report to the Senior Director, Actuarial. The position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work from home while fulfilling in-person needs at the office or for patient-related activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in actuarial analysis or related quantitative role
- Experience in value-based care (preferred)
- Experience with CMS shared savings programs (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare analysis (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel functions and SQL proficiency (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
