Reonic is a fast-growing, VC-backed renewable energy startup based in Berlin with 3000+ B2B customers. The company has built an AI operating system for renewable installers and is expanding rapidly.
As Founders Associate Finance, you will work closely with the Finance team to transform data into actionable insights and maintain business KPIs aligned with growth objectives. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, early-stage environment where you'll have direct impact on financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial forecasting and KPI reporting to inform planning and growth strategy
- Support month-end closing processes and bookkeeping activities
- Manage invoice processing and collections to optimize cash flow
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and coordinate with external partners
- Own data cleaning and validation; provide cross-departmental financial support
- Work hands-on with financial systems and tools; the role can be as technical as you make it
The role is based in Berlin near Hackescher Markt with a full in-person, 5-day-per-week office culture. Relocation support is provided. The company offers gym membership, regular team events, MacBook, and competitive compensation.
