Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform that helps companies orchestrate procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers. The company works with major enterprises including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, and Dollar Tree, and has processed over $500 billion in spend while helping clients save over $8 billion. Zip has raised $371 million at a $2.2 billion valuation and is backed by top-tier investors including Y Combinator, Tiger Global, and Alkeon.
As a Solutions Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Zip for new enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role combining project management, customer success, and product influence. You will manage implementation project teams, handle stakeholder management, and work directly with customers to build out their procurement processes from scratch. Close collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential—you'll help determine which customer requests should be prioritized and manage expectations accordingly. The role requires proactive project management across multiple concurrent customer onboardings, continuous process improvement to accelerate time-to-value, and a commitment to customer success and satisfaction.
You'll work with a diverse set of new clients across industries as Zip scales, including companies like Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks.
