Brick Seguros is transforming the insurance sector by building an AI-powered operating system that automates subscription, fraud prevention, and claims processes. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with an AI Deployment Strategist to implement and optimize these workflows for major insurance companies in Brazil.
You are a builder who thrives on solving ambiguous problems by understanding real customer operations and delivering working solutions rather than presentations. You combine technical depth with business acumen, measuring impact with data and explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
In this execution-focused role, you will:
- Configure Brick's workflows and AI agents for clients: rules, integrations, validations, and human review checkpoints
- Measure post-delivery results: volume, cycle time, accuracy rates, rework, and cost per case
- Interact directly with operational teams and leadership, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Monitor implemented solutions, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback
- Identify recurring patterns and transform them into playbooks, automations, and documentation
- Represent the client within Brick: synthesize feedback and bring product requests with evidence
- Create presentations demonstrating business impact for clients
- Travel as needed to customer sites
You will work with logs, data, configurations, APIs, and agent behaviors. While you won't write the core platform code, you'll make modifications to agents when that's the fastest path to solving customer problems.
Requirements:
- Solid engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping software projects in production with real users and real risks (demonstrate what you've built)
- Ability to move from vague problems to functional prototypes without detailed specifications
- Systems thinking: you see workflows, incentives, and failure points
- Availability for travel
Desirable:
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Technical English for conversations with international teams
