You will serve as an Engineering Tech Lead driving strategic technical initiatives across the organization. This is a deeply hands-on role that blends individual contribution with technical leadership. You'll design and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions, lead architecture decisions, and represent the company to enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities span multiple teams and domains, partnering with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives
- Working directly with Fortune 500 enterprises to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions
- Partnering cross-functionally across Platform, Product, and Engineering teams
- Staying deeply hands-on with code and engineering teams
- Driving complex technical decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and system design
- Helping customers solve production challenges and building long-term technical trust
- Designing enterprise-grade solutions across different customer environments and use cases
- Influencing engineering standards, architecture practices, and long-term technical direction
- Operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed matters
You'll work on-site from the Tel Aviv office.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures
- Strong architectural thinking combined with a builder mentality
- Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with both engineers and executives
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Comfort equally writing code, designing systems, and speaking with customers
