You will serve as an Engineering Tech Lead driving strategic technical initiatives across the organization. This is a deeply hands-on role that blends individual contribution with technical leadership. You'll work across multiple teams and domains, partnering with Platform, Product, and Engineering to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions at scale. Your responsibilities span architecture decisions, code contribution, customer-facing technical guidance, and long-term engineering direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading architecture and technical direction for strategic enterprise AI initiatives
- Working directly with Fortune 500 enterprises to design and deliver scalable AI solutions
- Cross-functional partnership with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams
- Staying deeply hands-on with code and engineering teams
- Driving complex technical decisions around scalability, reliability, performance, and system design
- Helping customers solve production challenges and building long-term technical trust
- Designing enterprise-grade solutions across different customer environments and use cases
- Influencing engineering standards, architecture practices, and long-term technical direction
- Operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed is critical
You will work on-site from the Tel Aviv office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures
- Strong architectural thinking combined with a builder mentality
- Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with both engineers and executives
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Comfort equally with writing code, designing systems, and speaking with customers
