You will serve as an Engineering Tech Lead driving strategic technical initiatives across the organization. This is a deeply hands-on role that blends individual contribution with technical leadership. You'll lead architecture and technical direction for enterprise AI initiatives, work directly with Fortune 500 customers to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions, and partner cross-functionally with Platform, Product, and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities span from writing code and designing systems to representing the company in front of enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, helping guide critical technical decisions and solve real production challenges.
You'll influence engineering standards, architecture practices, and long-term technical direction while operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where execution speed is critical. The role requires comfort moving fluidly between deep technical work (architecture, code review, system design) and strategic conversations with customer executives and internal leadership.
Unframe works on-site from its Tel Aviv office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Deep experience designing scalable production systems and distributed architectures
- Strong architectural thinking combined with a builder mentality
- Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale deployments
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered products or platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with both engineers and executives
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Equally comfortable writing code, designing systems, and speaking with customers
