In this role, you will lead the Internal Network engineering team, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery of network and endpoint security capabilities. You will partner closely with security researchers and engineers to transform network and endpoint hacking techniques into automated product features. Your responsibilities include designing and shipping Internal Network capabilities from idea through production, monitoring, and iteration; turning ambiguous security problems into working solutions; and learning fast from real usage and feedback. You will work closely with product, peers, and teammates to ship efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you combine people management with technical depth. You'll be expected to contribute technically while guiding your team, setting strategy, and removing blockers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a tech lead or team lead: you have led engineers, set technical direction, and owned delivery
- Deep expertise in network security and endpoint security
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience; demonstrated ability to own and ship production systems end-to-end at scale
- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; takes problems from idea to production with minimal oversight
- Creative problem solver who moves fast without sacrificing quality
- Collaborative teammate who partners across functions and helps the team move faster
