In this Software Engineer II role on the Monetization team, you will ship moderate to large features and improvements with minimal guidance, collaborating with teammates on complex projects. You'll model and execute against requirements involving interdependent systems, transform ambiguous technical problems into actionable plans, and drive execution with the team. You'll implement comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintain high standards of documentation. You'll also build cross-functional relationships with engineering, ops, and support teams to understand their needs and improve workflows.
This is an in-office role based in Bangalore, with Rippling's current policy requiring at least three days per week in the office for employees within a 40-mile radius of an office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Strong computer science knowledge and expertise
- Preferred experience with Python, Go, Django, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS
- Experience building projects with good abstractions and architecture
