UiPath is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their global engineering team building enterprise automation and business orchestration software. This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role where you'll operate as a "Builder"—an engineer with a strong bias to ship, an eye for craft, and comfort running toward ambiguity.
You will ship complete frontend features from design through production, building interactive, accessible, and performant user experiences. The role emphasizes early validation with real users and teammates, iterating quickly, and leveraging modern AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) as part of your daily development workflow. You'll pick up loosely defined problems and turn them into working product, preferring a scrappy shipped v1 over a polished plan.
While frontend is your home base, you'll touch the full stack when needed—writing APIs, adding database columns, shipping endpoints—whatever unblocks your feature. You'll join customer calls, review user feedback, and watch real people use the product to inform your work. Craft matters: spacing, typography, motion, loading states, empty states, and edge cases are all part of the job.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–7 years of professional experience shipping production software with a frontend center of gravity
- Modern frontend fundamentals: TypeScript, React (or equivalent), component composition, state management, responsive design, accessibility, web performance awareness
- Enough backend knowledge to unblock yourself: REST/GraphQL endpoints, database work, authentication
- Demonstrated taste in UI/UX; ability to produce clean, well-crafted interfaces without designer oversight
- Experience coding with AI tools and opinions on leveraging them effectively
- Strong ownership and time management: break work down, ship small, communicate early, finish what you start
- Write automated tests for multi-tier systems, debug cross-service issues, take deep ownership during incidents
- Customer curiosity: prefer observing real user behavior over reading specs
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with LangChain/Langraph, OCR/large-document pipelines, or LLM evaluation frameworks
