Arini is building an AI operating system to modernize healthcare operations, starting with dental enterprises. In this Software Engineer II role, you'll work closely with C-Suite leadership and the Forward Deployed Engineering team to design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automation modules within the Arini platform. You'll write production code for enterprise system integrations and own outcomes—shipping automation that delivers measurable impact (7+ figures) on the bottom line for large healthcare groups.
The role emphasizes high autonomy and high leverage. You'll design and prototype AI agents directly with customers, deploy automation workflows, and iterate rapidly in a fast-moving environment.
