Salary: USD 154,000 - 200,000 / annual
Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.
The Lifecycle Experience team builds best-in-class customer onboarding experiences for Adyen's platform. The team handles customer data identification and verification, payout account connections, compliance with local and global regulations, and secure management of legal entity data. The team maintains both API and UI integration methods while continuously improving automation and compliance processes.
In this role, you will work as part of a full-stack team of frontend, backend, and data engineers who balance robust design with lean development. You will primarily develop user interfaces using Vue.js to help scale the business and provide excellent user experiences for merchants and shoppers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Vue.js
- Own the full lifecycle of your developments: architecture, stakeholder communication (product owners, designers, merchants), automated testing, iterative improvement, and impact monitoring
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to understand requirements
- Contribute ideas on engineering best practices and identify opportunities to improve platform robustness and scalability
- Launch features quickly and iterate based on feedback—you will ship live functionality impacting many merchants within your first few weeks
- Collaborate across teams and time zones to deliver projects
The team values fast iteration, systematic API design, and intuitive UI that minimizes manual data entry and operational overhead.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of professional software development experience
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work in-office at least three days per week (hybrid model)
- Strong team player with excellent in-person communication and collaboration skills
