You will join as a Full Stack Engineer on the GTM (Go-To-Market) team, owning features end-to-end from design through production. This is a zero-to-one building role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders, and help maintain system reliability as the platform scales. You'll also mentor teammates through code review and knowledge sharing, contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.
The role emphasizes shipping over stack choice and leveraging AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as genuine force multipliers. You'll work with a tech stack including Elixir/Phoenix, React, Python, and PostgreSQL, and stay ahead of trends in AI technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years building and shipping production systems (full stack)
- Strong user mindset and problem-solving skills with a track record in fast-paced, impact-oriented environments
- Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) and demonstrated ability to move meaningfully faster with them
- Strong bias for action and deep intellectual curiosity; proactive exploration of emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
- Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and tackle ambiguous problems
- Must be local and available for 5 days/week in-office work in Lehi, UT
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- 4+ years contributing to systems that drive real impact
- Experience at fast-moving startups or SaaS companies
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with Elixir/Phoenix, React, Python, PostgreSQL, or AI technologies
