Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
Hyperbound is a Revenue Activation Platform and agentic operating system for sales, founded in 2023 out of Y Combinator (S23). The company is ~45 people, Series A, $18M raised, with customers including LinkedIn, Workday, Vanta, and Intel. Last quarter revenue nearly doubled with net revenue retention above 300%.
This is a software engineering role focused on building the systems the go-to-market organization runs on. You'll own production code and systems end-to-end, including lead routing and enrichment, pipeline and forecasting tooling, scoring and deal-desk workflows, and the data layer that ties together CRM, product, and billing data. You'll be measured by whether the revenue engine runs better because of your work.
A key differentiator: you'll dogfood Hyperbound on Hyperbound. The company's own sales reps run on the product (Practice, Perform, and Kota), so the internal systems you build plug directly into what the company sells. This creates a tight feedback loop where what you learn building internal tools feeds back into the product roadmap. You'll work closely with founders and GTM leadership, acting as both engineer and systems designer for the revenue organization.
