In this role, you will build and ship backend services using FastAPI with MongoDB or Postgres, helping to scale core platform services. You'll work on APIs and infrastructure that connect to LLMs and Generative AI models, turning early prototypes and MVPs into reliable, secure production systems. You'll deploy and run services using Docker and AWS, contribute to observability and testing improvements, and pair with senior engineers through code reviews and design discussions. The role emphasizes using AI-assisted development tools to move faster while maintaining quality, and working cross-functionally with a product mindset.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid backend fundamentals, ideally in Python (APIs, databases, basic system design)
- Curiosity about Generative AI and LLM-powered products, with hands-on experimentation (personal projects count)
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms, or genuine interest in learning them
- Comfort using AI coding tools and judgment to review and verify their output
- Product mindset with willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and work cross-functionally
- Ownership over work with care for reliability, clarity, and maintainability
