Tripledot Studios is one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies, with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios and over 25 million daily active users. Ludios, their APAC-based studio led by co-founder Eyal, develops and publishes casual free-to-play mobile games with teams based in Jakarta and Melbourne.
As an AI Playable Developer at Ludios, you will create fast, engaging playable ads using AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping. You'll transform creative briefs into interactive experiences, experiment with new concepts, and iterate based on performance feedback in close collaboration with the Creative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rapidly building and iterating playable advertising concepts from creative ideas and briefs
- Converting creative concepts into functional, engaging playable ads for quick testing and iteration
- Leveraging AI-assisted and vibe coding workflows to prototype and develop playable experiences at speed
- Developing new gameplay concepts and mechanics rather than reproducing existing features
- Iterating on playable ads based on creative and performance feedback to improve engagement
- Building reusable systems, components, and tools to improve playable production speed and efficiency
- Working closely with Creative Producer and Lead Creative Producer to explore, develop, and refine concepts
The role offers hybrid working with 20 days of remote work annually, daily office breakfast and lunch, BPJS Health and Social coverage, private health insurance, festivity allowance, Employee Assistance Program, family forming support, and English classes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building playable ads, interactive prototypes, web-based games, or similar interactive experiences
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted/vibe coding using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding tools
- Curious and proactive mindset about exploring new AI tools and workflows
- Creative background or strong understanding of graphic design, visual composition, and creative execution
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to turn creative ideas into functional experiences and find practical solutions independently
- Clear communicator who works well with others and is open to feedback and iteration
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to deliver multiple iterations within timelines
