In this role, you will build the tools and infrastructure that accelerate engineering and research across Chai's platform. You'll work on multiple high-impact areas:
- Develop coding agents that enhance productivity across development, testing, and code review workflows
- Collaborate directly with the engineering and research teams to design better development environments, optimize test performance, and ensure reliable deployment processes
- Build the research platform infrastructure where scientists and AI agents launch experiments, compare results, and make informed decisions about next steps
You will focus on removing friction from the development and research process, identifying where tools create bottlenecks, diagnosing root causes, and implementing solutions that make technical teams significantly more effective.
