The company offers a hybrid working model balancing focus time with in-person collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with meaningful full-stack exposure (front-end and back-end) - Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar); ability to learn new languages quickly - Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, build tooling, and developer workflow automation - Experience with large-scale build systems such as Bazel or equivalent systems at large engineering organizations - Comfort with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized workflows (Kubernetes) - Experience working across hybrid monolith-and-microservices architectures with high-volume, complex release processes - Strong empathy and communication skills; this role is approximately 50% conversation and partnership - Genuine motivation to improve how other engineers work rather than shipping product features - Comfort continuously learning across a broad, evolving technology stack
