INFINIT is a fast-growing fintech scale-up launched in 2023, operating across Europe and the Americas. The company provides an all-in-one operating system for SMEs with banking at its core, powered by AI agents to help business owners manage and optimize every aspect of their operations.
You will join as a Software Engineer owning the B2B lending and payments financial infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role requiring deep technical mastery combined with genuine product judgment and direct proximity to client financing workflows. You will not be executing tickets; instead, you will partner with business stakeholders and clients to understand problem context before deciding what to build, then use modern developer tools (including agentic coding) to ship solutions rapidly.
Your responsibilities span three interconnected areas:
1. **Loan Application Experience**: Own the end-to-end client journey from loan request submission through financing confirmation. Every step should feel clear, fast, and trustworthy.
2. **Payment Processing**: Ensure all payments throughout the loan lifecycle—interest accruals, supplier disbursements, reimbursements—are processed correctly, securely, and without exception.
3. **Audit & Collateral Management**: Support physical audit and due diligence workflows that maintain control over collateral throughout the loan lifecycle.
You will be the go-to person when something in this domain breaks, requiring both technical depth and the ability to communicate across the organization.
The company offers competitive salary and equity, a diverse international team (8+ nationalities), flexible benefits via mobile app, top-quality medical and mental health insurance, corporate gym discounts, annual gatherings, birthday off, and hybrid flexibility (3 days in Luxembourg office, 2 days remote).
**Requirements:**
- Expert-level C# and .NET engineering with proven mastery of the .NET ecosystem, particularly for building high-performance, distributed backend systems. Track record of shipping scalable, production-grade architectures prioritizing technical clarity and long-term maintainability.
- Strong professional background in regulated financial environments with deep understanding of ledger mechanics, loan origination, payment execution, and the consequences of errors.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end: analyzing customer financing workflows, defining rigorous technical requirements, and taking full accountability for transaction reliability.
- Highly effective stakeholder communication skills—ability to translate deep technical concepts for non-technical audiences (customers, product managers) and convert business objectives into prioritized engineering tasks.
- Practical experience leveraging modern developer tools (agentic coding, advanced automation) to accelerate development velocity while maintaining rigorous code quality standards.
