ServiceNow is seeking a Software Engineer to build high-quality, scalable code and design AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, machine learning, and agentic capabilities. You will work with product owners to understand requirements and own code from design through implementation, testing, and delivery. The role involves designing software that is simple to use and extensible, allowing customers to customize functionality for their specific needs. You'll help design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- 0-2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue)
- Analytical and design skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use development tools (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
