As a Software Engineer, you will work across the full stack—frontend, backend, and AI—to deliver a customer-focused product. You'll collaborate directly with a founding team drawn from leading tech companies and universities, shaping both the product and company culture as the team scales. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and shipping features across the entire product stack
- Collaborating with product, design, and AI teams to deliver customer-first solutions
- Taking on outsized responsibility and helping define team culture early
- Leveraging modern AI tools and development practices
- Contributing to both product strategy and technical architecture
Requirements:
- Ability to work across the entire stack (frontend, backend, AI)
- Experience with or willingness to quickly adopt modern AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
- Self-motivated and career-driven with readiness to take on significant responsibility
- Strong customer focus with product and design mindset
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML development
