Arini is building an AI operating system to modernize healthcare operations, starting with dental enterprises. The company is replacing legacy EHR systems and fragmented point solutions with a unified platform that automates complex workflows for large dental rollups.
In this role, you will analyze, design, and optimize complex computer systems supporting Arini's enterprise healthcare platform. You'll evaluate system requirements, data flows, and operational processes to improve scalability, reliability, and workflow automation for dental and healthcare organizations. Your work will span patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, and enterprise operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing system architectures, technical specifications, and performance models
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to implement and validate system solutions
- Designing distributed, cloud-based, and multi-tenant software systems
- Modeling business processes and designing workflow automation and system integration
- Evaluating system performance, capacity planning, and reliability for enterprise applications
The team is small and elite, with experience from Meta, SpaceX, Tesla, MIT, Berkeley, Harvard, and other top institutions. The founding team has deep healthcare and health tech exit experience. The company emphasizes reliability, real impact, and replacing slow legacy systems with software that works.
In-person attendance in San Francisco is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or computer-systems related roles
- Computer systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical specification development
- System architecture design, including distributed, cloud-based, and multi-tenant software systems
- Database design, data modeling, and SQL-based data analysis
- Business process modeling, workflow automation, and system integration design
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- System performance evaluation, capacity planning, and reliability analysis for enterprise software
