You will join the AI engineering team to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and drive business growth. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building production AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision to solve customer experience challenges
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that inform model development and optimization
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing customer experience systems and platforms
- Continuously refine and improve AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Develop and test AI-powered prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer success) to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with latest advancements in AI technology and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Experience with NLP techniques (text classification, sentiment analysis, language generation)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI services
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
- Preferred: Security and SaaS experience, CRM systems knowledge, AI chatbot/virtual assistant experience
