You will join the AI engineering team as a Software Engineer focused on developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and drive business growth. This role is based in Bengaluru, with additional opportunities in Hyderabad and Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision to address customer experience challenges
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that inform model development and optimization
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing customer experience systems and platforms
- Continuously refine and improve AI models to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Develop and test AI-powered prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility and value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and customer success representatives to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with latest advancements in AI technology and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages
- Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Experience with NLP techniques including text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI services
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer data platforms
- Experience with AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
- Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred
