Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join one of several high-impact QA teams. You will work on a variety of Veeam products and features, helping shape the quality of solutions used by companies worldwide. In this role, you will develop and maintain automated tests for Veeam products, collaborate across the software development team, and enhance frameworks and modules for automated testing. Key responsibilities include contributing to test design and implementation, analyzing product source code, supporting internal automated testing systems, building and managing testing infrastructure, and analyzing test results while maintaining a defects database.
You will work with Python, PowerShell, and C# (.NET 6, .NET 8), along with tools like GitLab, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and TestRail. The role offers the opportunity to grow your programming skills and work on enterprise-grade data resilience and security products.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3+ years of commercial product testing, test automation, or software development experience (junior to middle/senior level); OR practical hands-on coding experience with strong interest in testing (for junior candidates)
- Programming experience in Python
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Strong desire to write high-quality code and develop programming skills
- Analytical mindset with logical thinking and curiosity about how systems work
- English proficiency for daily communication within international teams
BONUS SKILLS:
- C#/.NET Framework and test automation (LINQ, NUnit, Selenium WebDriver, RESTful API testing with HttpClient)
- PowerShell experience
- Git experience
- Jenkins, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps experience
- Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
