Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join the European team. This role is fully remote and can be based in Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary. You will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team and play a key role in ensuring deliverables align with defined study timelines. Key responsibilities include: - Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts - Work with supervisor and internal/external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards - Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status - Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics - Support maintenance of contract files and databases, including archiving - Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures for timely contract execution - Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action - Perform other assigned tasks You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy. The role demands professionalism, sound business judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher (4-year college degree minimum) - Experience in a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or healthcare field - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations - Demonstrated experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent - Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail - Knowledge of setting up Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations - Successful track record managing relationships with study teams, CRAs, Start-up Associates, or Budget/Site Coordinators to meet study timelines Skills and Competencies: - Strong organizational and written communication skills with ability to multitask and prioritize - Ability to execute time-sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy - High self-motivation and ability to work independently and in team environments - Professional demeanor with punctuality and commitment to delivering on promises - Sound business judgment and proactive, independent work style - Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications - Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
