Salary: PLN 190,200 - 237,800 / annual
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join its European team, working fully remotely from Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania, or Hungary.
In this role, you will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team and play a key role in ensuring deliverables align with defined study timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts
- Work with your supervisor and various internal and external stakeholders to resolve and escalate contractual issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards
- Update relevant study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution
- Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics
- Support maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving
- Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures for timely contract execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action
- Perform other assigned tasks
This is a clinical research organization (CRO) role focused on managing the contractual side of clinical trials and vendor relationships in a healthcare/biotech context.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (4-year college degree minimum)
- Experience in a CRO or healthcare field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations
- Demonstrated experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of setting up Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations
- Successful track record managing relationships with study teams, CRAs, and startup associates to meet study timelines
