Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual

Skyryse is developing advanced flight control technology (SkyOS) to make aviation safer and more accessible. As a Sensors Integration Engineer, you will take a hands-on role in developing, testing, installing, and integrating advanced sensors for next-generation aircraft programs. Key responsibilities include: - Support development of test campaigns using rapid prototyping equipment such as dSpace, Speedgoat, LabView, or similar tools - Work within MATLAB/SIMULINK to model various sensors including IMUs, altimeters, and related systems - Support integration procedures as defined by vendors or stakeholders - Troubleshoot common communication protocols including RS-232, CAN, UDP, and others - Troubleshoot hardware integration issues - Attend internal program, customer, and supplier technical exchange meetings and formal program milestone reviews to provide and obtain progress status updates - Assist with electrical design and/or software implementation for sensor-related technology development and integration - Create release drawings and schematics for installed components This is a full-time, onsite position based in Camarillo, CA. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum: - Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline - 2+ years of professional working experience - Familiarity with dSpace, SpeedGoat, LabView equipment or equivalent - Familiarity with MATLAB and SIMULINK or equivalent Preferred: - Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline - Product launch/full lifecycle experience - Prior startup working experience - 5+ years of professional working experience - Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254, DO-331, and other FAA compliance requirements
