- Turn recurring design challenges into reusable assets, principles, and practical examples
- Maintain visibility across squad roadmaps, surface dependencies, and align priorities with Brand and Product leadership
- Provide constructive feedback to other designers and collaborate with Engineers through implementation
- Scale creative solutions through AI by developing reusable prompts, workflows, and examples that enable Product Designers to generate and adapt imagery within visual guidelines
You'll work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers across multiple squads, helping evolve Preply's visual language based on the needs of both Brand and Product teams.

- Experience in a consumer-facing technology company, digital platform, or subscription business, ideally supporting multiple squads (agency experience equally relevant if it includes sustained collaboration with product teams and shipped digital experiences)
- Examples of brand design applied within live products (onboarding, feature introductions, subscription journeys, progress and achievement experiences) with clear ownership of visual direction
- Strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level visual craft, conceptual thinking, and brand design applied to digital products
- Experience independently leading projects from ambiguous briefs through implementation with clear reasoning
- Excellent foundations in typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling, supported by understanding of usability and accessibility
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners, navigate feedback, and build alignment around creative direction
- Strong Figma skills and experience creating reusable design assets and guidance
- Sound judgment in balancing quality, scope, and timelines across multiple initiatives
- Experience building reusable visual systems and AI workflows, including confident image generation, refinement of outputs, and prompts or guidance that enable other designers to produce consistent work
- Plus: experience with illustration, motion, or generating imagery
