Kin Insurance is redefining homeownership by starting with smarter insurance and expanding into a suite of products for homeowners. As Senior Visual Designer, you'll scale Kin's brand across all marketing channels—paid social, landing pages, email, organic social, and display advertising—during a pivotal repositioning from home insurance company to a broader homeownership platform.
You'll own the visual execution of campaigns end-to-end, from brief to polished, on-brand delivery. This includes designing and producing high-quality visual assets, creating and editing video content for marketing and brand campaigns (from social cuts to longer-form pieces), and designing landing pages optimized for A/B testing. You'll partner closely with copywriters, growth marketers, and external vendors to bring concepts to life while maintaining consistency across every touchpoint.
Beyond execution, you'll help evolve Kin's visual language as the company repositions into new markets and product launches. You'll work with Brand Design and Design Systems leads to extend and grow the brand design system into new areas, pushing the bar for how visual design shows up across the team. Success means productionizing workflows so marketing ships faster, making Kin's brand noticeably more consistent and polished, and driving measurable improvements in landing page conversion through design-driven A/B testing.
