Salary: USD 192,683 - 197,683 / annual
Reltio is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to provide expert-level technical support and consulting for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This is a 100% remote role reporting to headquarters in Redwood City, CA.
In this role, you will analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints. You'll stay current with the latest product functionality, dependencies, underlying architecture, and operational impact. You will support, enhance, and fix solutions that enable a rapidly growing business at massive scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and developing solutions for customer support cases using extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
- Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces
- Providing input on product and service-related enhancement requests to Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Sharing and developing best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency of customer support
- Consulting with customers about software system design and maintenance
- Resolving customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
- Providing alternate solutions and exercising independent judgment in developing methods and evaluation criteria for prompt issue resolution
- Providing post-sale technical expertise during installation, implementation, and maintenance of Reltio's products
- Ensuring products function according to specifications and providing detailed customer installation requirements
- Disseminating technical information to Reltio's sales staff and customer personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Language, Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Demonstrated experience with Master Data Management (MDM) software with several full life cycle implementations
- Experience configuring and validating Comparator, Match tokens, Match & Merge setup, and survivorship rules in MDM
- Proficiency with ETL tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure concepts
- Programming/analysis/design experience with Java, Python, or SQL
- Data modeling expertise
- Experience with SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS
