Suno is the fastest-growing consumer entertainment company and leader in AI music generation. We're building a creative platform where millions of users—from grandmothers to Grammy winners—make music using AI. This role secures the cloud infrastructure that powers Suno's platform, including Kubernetes clusters, GPU compute for AI workloads, and networking. You'll report to the Security Lead and work closely with Platform Engineering, AppSec, and Detection & Response teams. This is a hands-on building role, not a scanning-and-reporting function. You'll own infrastructure security end-to-end: threat modeling across cloud, Kubernetes, GPU compute, and networking; hardening EKS clusters and infrastructure-as-code pipelines; designing and shipping paved paths and secure defaults (trusted base images, network segmentation, scoped access); defining infrastructure detections and alerts beyond out-of-the-box tooling; and partnering with Platform Engineering to land changes in a fast-moving environment. Suno is Series C-backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed, IVP, Forerunner, USV, Alkeon, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital, and NVIDIA Ventures. The pace is fast, problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. You'll shape a new medium and help millions of people express themselves through music. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: - At least 7 years of infrastructure security or adjacent experience - Engineering background building secure-by-default tooling and paved paths (not primarily scanning and reporting) - Hands-on depth in cloud-native security (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable), Kubernetes, and container security including image provenance and software supply chain security, or ability to learn quickly - Strong coding skills to build tooling and implement fixes independently - End-to-end ownership of security projects with comfort in greenfield environments - Collaborative working style and genuine interest in securing AI infrastructure Nice-to-haves: - Experience rolling out cloud security posture management (CSPM) platforms - Experience securing AI, GPU compute, or serverless container environments - Experience building or maintaining infrastructure-as-code deployment pipelines (plan/apply approvals, state management, policy checks)
